Denver metro area shows the highest increase in home sales among the top 15 metro areas in February 2024, with a rise of 6.3% when compared to the same period last year, totalling 3,998 homes sold. During the same timeframe, the Philadelphia metro area witnessed a decline of 19.1% in sales volume when compared to same period the previous year, with 2,777 homes sold.
