Between February and April 2023, the median sale price in the Atlanta metro area witnessed a rise, highlighting the ongoing growth in the real estate market with a value of 375,000, there was an increase of 1% in the median sale price compared to same period last year.
Despite the increase in median sale price, the number of single-family homes sold in April 2023 witnessed a significant decline in the Atlanta metro area. With only 11,990 homes sold, this represented a substantial drop of 29% compared to the corresponding month in the previous year.
