Among the top 15 metro areas, Denver saw the highest rise in homes available for sale in July 2023, with a rise of 21.7% when compared to the same period last year, having a total of 16,040 listings. During the same time frame, the Phoenix metro area experienced the biggest drop in single-family home inventory, decreasing by 35.7% compared to the previous year.
