Dallas metro area sustained the top position in the YoY change in new listing count among top 15 metros during Dec 2022 and Feb 2023. It marks a rise of 14.8%, when compared to the same period a year ago and the number of single-family homes listed in February 2023 was 31,640.
Meanwhile, Seattle metro area shows the highest decline in the YoY change in new listing count. There were 6,310 single-family homes listed in February 2023, with a drop of 33.6% in the period between Dec 2022 and Feb 2023 when compared to the same period last year.
