Among the top 15 metro areas, the Denver metro area maintained its position by experiencing the highest rise of 28% in inventory for sale at the end of October 2023. There were 17,960 homes for sale. Meanwhile, during the same time period, Los Angeles saw a 23.1% drop in inventory for sale when compared to the end of October 2022.
