Denver saw the highest rise in homes available for sale in August 2023 among the top 15 metro areas, the number of homes for sale rose by 24.7% compared to prior year, with a total of 16,750 listings. Meanwhile, Phoenix experienced a considerable drop in single-family home inventory, declined by 37.6% compared to the previous year, with 11,280 listings.
